In 2022, YAROOMS raised €2 million in a seed funding round led by GapMinder, with participation from SeedBlink.[1][2][3]
In 2025, the company launched Yarvis, an AI assistant integrated with Microsoft Teams and Slack.[citation needed]

The YAROOMS platform provides tools for managing office operations, including desk and meeting room booking, hybrid work scheduling, visitor management, and workplace analytics.[citation needed] It integrates with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Google Calendar.[4]
