Thereafter, Sivaji is almost in an edge to win when baddies again reattack. In the combat, Chintu loses her eyesight when Ramulamma commits requesting to transplant her eyes. Meanwhile, the wedding arrangements of Sivaji & Sirisha are in progress at Tirumala when Sivaji decides to cancel the match as his days are less. So, he plays a drama with his ex-girlfriend Swarna (Chandini) to make Sirisha develop hatred towards him when Puthana also understands his virtue and she too helps him. Yama notices it, hence, he lands at the earth when by mistake he reveals a secret regarding Sirisha's horoscope that her spouse has longevity. Now Sivaji rushes towards Tirumala and Yama chases him. Even M.P.Narasimham & Srinath blocks his way, he ceases them, arrives at Tirumala and ties the wedding chain (Mangalasturam) to Sirisha before Yama's whip (Yama Pasam) reaches him. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note by Lord Venkateswara (N. T. Rama Rao) and Yama Dharma Raja blessing the newly wedded couple.
