Yashish Manohar (born 8 January 2005) is an Indian racing driver and the first UAE sim-racer to transition to real-life racing.[1] He began his motorsport career in sim racing, moving on to amateur go-karting through the Sodi World Series. [2] In 2019, he competed in the Sodi World Series: World Finals in Italy [3], and in 2020, he participated in the Dubai O-Plate karting event.[4]

Manohar later signed with Yas Heat and Veloce Esports in 2020, competing in professional sim racing championships.[5] [6] [7] As part of Yas Heat, he collaborated with Lando Norris’s Quadrant Team on various projects, including showcasing the updated Yas Marina Circuit layout after the 2021 redesign. [8] [9] [10]

Following his success in sim racing, Manohar made his professional racing debut in the inaugural Renault Clio Cup Middle East Championship.[11] He also competed in and won the first-ever ERA Championship: Next Gen Racer Scholarship, the equivalent of electric Formula 4. [12]
