Yeziji

Yeziji (simplified Chinese: 椰子鸡; traditional Chinese: 椰子雞; pinyin: yē zǐ jī), is a Hainan dish made of coconut and chicken. It is the representative of Hainan cuisine.
The dish contains a lot of protein, fructose, glucose, sucrose, fat, vitamin B1, vitamin E, vitamin C, potassium, calcium, magnesium, etc.
