Yordan Zachariev (Bulgarian: Йордан Захариев; March 3, 1877; Bosilegrad – May 8, 1965; Kyustendil) is a Bulgarian geographer, ethnographer, folklorist, historian and local historian. Corresponding Member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
He is known as the greatest researcher of the geography and history of Kyustendil and its historical land. [1]
