Yosotarashi-hime

Princess Yosotarashi-hime was the empress of the eighth emperor of Japan, Emperor Kosho. She was the birth mother of Emperor Koan and Amatsuhiko Kunioshito.
Overview[edit]
In the Kojiki (Records of Ancient Matters), she is called Yosotamotobime-no-mikoto, the sister of Okutsu Yozo, the founder of Owari-ren, and in the Nihonshoki (Chronicles of Japan), she is called Seso-Ashihime, the sister of Yotsu Seso, the founder of Owari-ren.
In the first book of the Nihon Shoki (Chronicles of Japan) the empress of Emperor Takaaki is named as black black porcupine (black porcupine), daughter of the lord of Isosaki Prefecture, Iphae, and in the second book she is named as Oi, daughter of the lord of Yamakuni, Toyokusa.
