The Younes and Soraya Nazarian Center for Israel Studies is located at University of California, Los Angeles and part of the UCLA International Institute. Founded by Sharon Nazarian, the center was established in 2010, becoming the first academic center on the West Coast focused on promoting the study of modern Israel.

The center's mission is to promote the academic study of modern Israel at UCLA and beyond. To that end, the center sponsors courses about Israel, generates and disseminates academic research in the field of Israel studies, organizes public programs, and hosts visiting scholars, writers and artists. The center also supports the academic study of Israel with grants to UCLA faculty and students.

The center's director is Dov Waxman, a professor and the Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation Chair in Israel Studies at UCLA. Sharon Nazarian serves as Chair of the center's Advisory Board.
