The Young Universities for the Future of Europe (YUFE) alliance aims at pioneering a step change in higher education by developing a student-centred, egalitarian, open and inclusive European University[1]. The alliance is fouded on the joint vision of 10 young universities to support European citizens to become globally oriented lifelong learners that are able to make meaningful contributions to the communities in which they live, learn and work. Key for this is a learner-centered focus, strong ties to local ecosystems, truly tran-national identies.

Organization[edit]

YUFE adopts an inclusive governance strucutre incorporating stakeholders from universities, government, businesses, and citizens. YUFE's governance structure puts studetns at the centre of decision making.[2]
