Yves Verbraeken (born 1975) is a Belgian film producer, screenwriter and songwriter active in the European independent film sector.[1] [2]
Yves Verbraeken produced most of Bavo Defurne's short films, his first feature, North Sea Texas and Souvenir (film) starring Isabelle Huppert.[3] [4]
Defurne and Verbraeken form a very close creative duo and have been working together in different constellations since 1994.[5] [6]
They co-wrote the songs for the film Souvenir for Pink Martini.[7]
