Alfian Arroisi (born 28 December 1997),[1] known professionally as ZeckoZICK, is an Indonesian rapper, singer, songwriter, and music producer.[2]
Musical career[edit]
ZeckoZICK started his career in 2012. He is part of the rap group BlockSentral with his partner Swaramahar Dikha known as Dibidam. Since junior high they only like to listen to local Hip hop songs, which then agreed to make a rap group together.[3]
In 2015 ZeckoZICK took the decision to vacuum from BlockSentral. He then joined LezzyBang which is one of the rap group from 38 Records Collective. But only lasted one year. Then ZeckoZICK started making his own solo single in 2016.[1] ZeckoZICK is also affiliated with DJ Affy in making his song YKC Love. This song uses 3 languages, namely English, Indonesian and Javanese. He was inspired by the Jogja Hip Hop Foundation, which is a pioneer of regional language Hip hop music in Yogyakarta.[4]
ZeckoZICK also played a role in BlockSentral's third song, "Kenyataan". The song tells about their situation at that time after they were on a hiatus for a while from the entertainment world.[5]
