Zeeshan Khatri is a nanotechnology expert, innovator.[1], entrepreneur[2], and academician[3]. Currently, he is working as a professor and chairman at the department of Textile Engineering at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro[4].
Zeeshan Khatri has a bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro. He received his doctorate from Shinshu University, Japan in September 2013[5].
Zeeshan Khatri is the principal investigator of the Nanomaterial Research Group. He is also a member of the Center of Excellence in Nanotechnology and Materials, MUET. In 2004, he was awarded the President’s Diploma of Honor by SDC[6]
He holds 2 Japanese patents, 1 US Patent, and 6 patents have been filed. Zeeshan Khatri is a founder of the NanoCLO (SMC Pvt.) Ltd[7]. He is well known for his NanoCLO mask, which appeared as a substitute for N-95 during COVID-19[8][9]
