Zire Wongamat Tower A is a skyscraper in Pattaya, Chonburi Province, Thailand. It is part of the Zire Wongamat development project with two towers of 37 and 54 floors.

Located in Pattaya, Wong Amat, the award-winning[1] building comprises freehold residential condominiums and was topped out in November 2013[2] and completed in December 2014. The building was designed by SODA (Thailand) Ltd. It consists of a 54-story tower and 273 units. The Zire Wongamat is a luxury[3] condominium tower, one of the tallest buildings outside the capital Bangkok and with a height of 188 metres (617 ft) ranked 59-tallest building (as for 2021)[4] in Thailand. It is also on the list of tallest buildings in Pattaya. The project was developed by Raimon Land.

Design[edit]

The shear wall construction is the essential choice for the Zire Wongamat. Its configuration appears as quarry slabs stacked horizontally and vertically. The striped vertical tower edges are metaphorically held together with sinews from wooden inner partitions. The composition of the horizontally striped layers contrasts with the tower. Materials such as reinforced concrete and stone cladding were used for exterior surfaces. Pools, waterfalls and gardens around the building. The building was designed by Soda (Thailand) architects.[5]

Developer Raimon Land PCL was awarded the Condominium Category Award for Zire Wongamat at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2016.[6]
