Zora Cock (1 april 1991, Assen, The Netherlands[1]) is a Dutch singer. She is the lead singer of the gothic metalband Blackbriar.
She started at age 16 with singing lessons on a sounddesign school. In 2012 she created, with drummer René Boxem the band Blackbriar, after they had attended a concert of Slash with Halestorm as support band.[2] Cock is the main writer of the Blackbriars lyrics, and she has been inspired by Kate Bush, Halestorm, In This Moment, Lana Del Rey and Flyleaf.[3]
Besides Blackbriar, Cock has several collaborations with other artists, like the German folk rock band dArtagnan (the song My Love's in Germany), Mortemia (the song What else is there?) and Charlotte Wessels (the song Mary on a Cross).
