Zumrud Magomedovna Mirzaeva (Russian: Зумруд Магомедовна Мирзаева, born April 22, 1988) is a Russian blogger, writer, food blogger, chef.[1][2]
Biography[edit]
She was born on April 22, 1988 in Moscow. She studied at secondary school,[3] after her studies she entered the «Russian University of Cooperation».[4]
Career[edit]
She started cooking blogging after her baby was born and her child was diagnosed with autism at the age of two and a half.
She then decided to take the child to kindergarten,[5] but they said they had to decide something with the child because there were distinguishing characteristics from other children.[6]
Over the years of filming, she's racked up more than 1.8 million followers on Instagram.[7] It is then discovered that the child has had an excess of gluten in the body.[8][9]
In her videos, she films how she makes gluten-free meals. She cooks with rice flour, amarator flour, buckwheat flour, and cornmeal.[10] In 2022, she participated in the culinary duel "Beautifully Served", organized by Roskomnadzor.[11][12][13]
There she had to cook an original, healthy meal within 20 minutes.[11][14] The work was judged by Ekaterina Golovkovkova, Elena Smirnova and Vasily Emelianenko.[11] In 2023, she became a finalist in the Smart Queen 2023 model project.[15]
In 2022, she received the Man of the Year Award, in the category of Best Gluten-Free Diet Blog.[16] She then became a contestant on the cooking show "Battle of the Chefs".[16]
