Mike was awarded multiple times during his career including a Colonel commandant Commendation, Brigadier Commendations, Regimental Sergeant Major commendations, and the Bredin Trophy (soldier who most enhances the British Army in physical development). Sgt Chadwick was most notably awarded a GOC commendation,[14] announced alongside The Queens Birthday Honours list, 2019[15] for his work in physical development.

Publications and other media

In 2022, Mike Chadwick released his first book The Red On Revolution[16] exclusively as an Original Audiobook Production by W. F. Howes. Featuring Ant Middleton, Luke Stoltman, Tom Stoltman (Worlds Strongest Man) and Tom Aspinall (UFC), Mike explains his revolutionary approach to success,[17] both for tactical athletes in the military and to elite athletes outside.

Chadwick features regularly on podcasts including Modern Mind,[18] and Live On Form,[19] where he discusses his role in optimising human performance for tactical athletes including soldiers, Firefighters, Police, First-Responders, Private Security Officers and Anti-Poachers from around the globe.[20]

Mike Chadwick features regularly in magazines and news articles, discussing topics surrounding physical development. Most topics surround the Armed Forces[21] and training like a tactical athlete, whilst also weighing in on viral trends like the Tik Tok, 25-7-2 StairMaster routine.[22]

In 2021, Mike was interviewed by Sky News[23][24] regarding the British Militaries withdraw from Afghanistan.[25]

Other

Mike is known as the secret coach, specialising in strength and conditioning[26] for elite tactical athletes and UFC athletes such as heavyweight Tom Aspinall.[27] Chadwick has continued his public speaking outside of the military and has been the keynote speaker at events such as FitxPO[28] and The International Fitness Summit.[29]

Mike teamed up with an elite sports technology and released his first app the Red On Challenge[30] in 2022, entering the top 100 health and fitness apps[31] within the first 24 hours of being operational.

He is founder and CEO of sock company Red On Socks[32]
