112–114 East Oglethorpe Avenue is a historic row house in Savannah, Georgia, United States. It comprises two conjoined buildings immediately to the southwest of Oglethorpe Square, and was completed in 1872. It is a contributing property of the Savannah Historic District, itself on the National Register of Historic Places.[1] Its architecture has been described as "notably fine"[2] and "excellent".[3]
The property is sandwiched between 110 East Oglethorpe Avenue (built in 1784)[1] and 116 East Oglethorpe Avenue (1869).[1]
The original owner of 114 was an M. Hamilton. Its façade has been completely redeveloped since its original construction.[4]
