Local elections were held in Pasig on May 10, 2010, within the Philippine general election. The voters elected for the elective local posts in the city: the mayor, vice mayor, the congressman, and the councilors, six of them in the two districts of the city.

Mayor Robert Eusebio ran for re-election for second term. He was challenged by activist Ricardo Reyes and independent candidate Lucy Hernandez.[2]
Vice Mayor Rosalio Martirez ran for re-election for third term, facing off John Javier and Wainwright Rivera.[3]
Rep. Roman Romulo ran for re-election for second term. He faced off Francisco "Sonny" Rivera Jr.[4]
