The 2021 All Stars match will be the 10th All Stars match of Australian rugby league. The game is scheduled to take place at Queensland Country Bank Stadium in Townsville.[1]

1 - Wade Graham was originally selected to play but withdrew due to injury. Tyrell Fuimaono will be moved from the bench to second row and Graham will be replaced by Zac Saddler.[2]
2 - Kevin Proctor was originally selected to play but withdrew due to injury. He will be replaced by Zane Musgrove.[3]
3 - Josh Addo-Carr was originally selected to play but withdrew due to a Victoria COVID-19 border closure. Alex Johnston will be moved from the bench to wing and Addo-Carr will be replaced by Corey Thompson.[4]
4 - Reimis Smith was originally selected to play but withdrew due to a Victoria COVID-19 border closure. Patrick Herbert will be moved from the bench to wing and Smith will be replaced by Esan Marsters.[4]
5 - Jahrome Hughes was originally selected to play but withdrew due to a Victoria COVID-19 border closure. Benji Marshall will be moved from the bench to halfback and Hughes will be replaced by Daejarn Asi.[4]
6 - Jesse Bromwich was originally selected to play but withdrew due to a Victoria COVID-19 border closure. Russell Packer will be moved from the bench to prop and Smith will be replaced by Issac Luke.[4]
7 - Brandon Smith was originally selected to play but withdrew due to a Victoria COVID-19 border closure. Jeremy Marshall-King will be moved from the bench to hooker and Smith will be replaced by Issac Luke.[4]
8 - Kenny Bromwich was originally selected to play but withdrew due to a Victoria COVID-19 border closure. Jordan Riki will be moved from the bench to second row and Bromwich will be replaced by Jackson Topine.[4]
