The 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season is the 152nd season of college football games in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) as it's highest level of competition, the Football Bowl Subdivision. It will begin on August 28, 2021 and will end on Decemeber 11, 2021. The postseason will begin on December 18, 2021 and aside from the all-star games the postseason will end on January 10, 2022

This will be the first season for UAB at Protective Stadium replacing their old home Legion Field the team will play their first game in September 2021.
