2021 Santee Cessna 340 crash
On October 11, 2021, a Cessna 340 crashed into a neighborhood in Santee, California. The pilot of the plane and a UPS driver on the ground were killed in the crash and at least two homes were destroyed.[1]
Recordings of radio communications between the air control tower and the pilot revealed that the pilot was warned to fly higher before the crash.[2]

The aircraft involved was a Cessna 340 manufactured in 1979 with the tail number N7022G[3] and was registered to Samarth Aviation LLC from Yuma, Arizona.[4]
