From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

The 2021 Tucson shooting was a shooting incident that took place at around 7:40 AM Mountain Daylight Time on October 4, 2021 onboard a train from Los Angeles that had stopped at the Amtrak station in Tucson, Arizona.[1] The incident occurred during a routine search for drugs, weapons and money.[1] While the officers were detaining a person on the upper deck of the train, another person stood up and shot at them.[1] The shooter and one Drug Enforcement Administration agent were reported as dead while two other law enforcement officers were reported injured.[1] The person who was in the process of being detained was also detained.[1]

There were 11 crew members and 137 passengers on board the train at the station at the time.[1] All were safely evacuated to the station.[1][2]

The incident was also captured on a camera operated by Virtual Railfan which was live-streaming the station.[2][3]
