On the morning of October 15, 2021, a 35 year old Dalit man was brutally lynched.[1][2] by farm protestors at Kundli/Singhu Border near Delhi. Supposedly, the man had disrespected[3] the Guru Granth Sahib. The man had his left hand chopped off and his legs broken and his body was tied to police barricade. Investigations[edit]
National Commission for Scheduled Castes has called the lynching and killing as terrorism[5] and requested the Haryana police to take strict action. So far, one person has been arrested in the incident[6]
