The 2022 SAIHF South African Super League is a domestic ice hockey tournament run by the South African Ice Hockey Federation.
The tournament will be held in two cities in South Africa, Cape Town and Pretoria. The tournament will take place from 11 September up until 31 October 2022. The tournament will feature three of the top clubs in South African Ice Hockey playing each other over 12 matches.[1]
