The 2023 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament will be the 76th edition of the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship. The 64-team tournament will begin on Friday June 2, 2023 as part of the 2023 NCAA Division I Baseball season and conlcude with the 2023 College World Series on June 16, 2023 and ends on June 26, 2023.

The 64 participating NCAA Division I college baseball teams were selected out of an eligible 300 teams 31 teams will be awarded a automatic bid as champions of their conferences, and 33 teams are selected at-large by thr NCAA Division I Baseball Committee. Teams will then be divided into sixteen regionals of four teams, each of which conducted a double-elimination tournament. Regional champions will then face one another in Super Regionals a best-of-three game series to determine the eight participants in the College World Series.[1].

Tournament procedure[edit]

A total of 64 teams will enter the tournament, with 31 of them receiving an automatic bid by either winning thier conference's tournament or by finishing in first place in thier conference. The remaining 33 bids are at-large, with selections extended by the NCAA Selection Committee. For the second time ever, the Pac-12 Conference will have a conference tournament to determine who will get that automatic bid.

The sixteen national seeds will be announced on the selection show on Monday May 29, 2023 at 12 p.m. EST on ESPN2.
