2024 F-35 crash

On May 28, 2024, a Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II crashed near Albuquerque International Sunport while en route to refuel at the Kirtland Air Force Base.[1] The injured USAF pilot,[2] assigned to the Defense Contract Management Agency, was the sole person on board.[3]
