20th Maritime Regiment operated small launches, one of these is the Fast Launch .RCT Anglesey. 52ft long and 21 tons with twin Rolls Royce C6TFLM turbo-charged engines, with steel hull and alloy superstructure, designed by the Fleet Repair Branch REME and built by GLOSTOR SARO. RCT Anglesey later used as a fire fighting launch, river ambulance and a MOD Police launch, sold by MOD in 1992.
