234Hypes is a Nigerian music download website founded by Ibrahim Bello in 2015. The website offers exclusive news updates, alongside new and trending music & musical videos.[1]
History
Crafted with the Telephone numbers in Nigeria calling code assigned to Nigeria by the International Telecommunication Union in the 1960s, 234Hypes was started as a personal blog by Ibrahim Bello in 2014. It evolved into a music & lifestyle website following a name change from BellzVibes in 2015.
Overview
Described as "a Hub in Nigerian music & Entertainment", 234hypes offers music and music videos in the hip hop and contemporary music genres. It also delivers lifestyle and wellness updates.[2] 234hypes was voted the "Most Promising Blog Of The Year" at the BAE AWARDS in 2016. It was also nominated "Blog of The Year" at the 2018 edition of the Nigeria Entertainment Awards.
