3:36 (Music to Sleep To) is the first album of ambient music by Poppy composed along with polysomnographists from the Washington University School of Medicine, in St. Louis, Missouri.[1] The album was self-released on Bandcamp on October 17, 2016. The album was re-released on Apple Music on September 17, 2020, and for the rest of streaming services on September 18, 2020 under their own label I'm Poppy.

Critical reception[edit]

Rolling Stone magazine called the album "intentionally soporific".[2]
