Early life
5iveLiveDot Real Name Travis Griffin was born at Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospital in Compton, California. He grew up in South Central Los Angeles, where he was surrounded by the city’s vibrant hip-hop culture. He attended Main Street Elementary School, L.A. Academy Middle School, Washington Preparatory High School, and Lancaster High School.
Career
5iveLiveDot began rapping at the age of 17, developing his lyrical skills and storytelling ability through freestyle sessions and local performances. Early in his career, he collaborated with several Los Angeles-based artists, including YG, The Game and other independent acts within the city’s underground rap community.
In 2021, 5iveLiveDot released the single "Pinky and the Brain" featuring Louis Ray from Flint, Michigan.
