6D Global Technologies Inc. or 6D Global, formerly known as Six Dimensions and Initial Koncepts, Inc.[1] is a company headquartered in New York City that provides IT Staffing, Advisory, Consulting and Digital Marketing Solutions to its clients.[2] Its CEO is Tejune Kang, and the company has offices in New York City, Pleasanton, Portland, Cincinnati, Minneapolis and Dublin (opened 2015).[3]

6D Global was originally incorporated as Initial Koncepts, Inc. in California in 2004 as a Nevada Corporation. Eventually, its name changed to Six Dimensions and finally, to its current form, and is a Delaware Corporation. In 2014 CleanTech Innovations Inc was incorporated into 6D Global in a reverse merger transaction.[4] In 2015 6D Global acquired Storycode and Swellpath, two companies in Portland.[5][6][7][8] It also opened an office in Dublin, Ireland, in the same year.[9][10] It opened its trade in NASDAQ in 2014 and continued trading till September 2015, when its stocks were frozen by NASDAQ.[11]
Lawsuits[edit]
Wall Street financier Benjamin Wei and 6D Global Technologies CEO Tejune Kang are currently defendants in a case brought by shareholder Allan Scott before the US District Court, Southern District of New York, for "breach of fiduciary duty", "unjust enrichment" and "violations of Section 14 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.[12][13]
