AIPCC Energy Limited is a Nigerian company and the parent company of Edo Refinery and Petrochemicals. The company is owned by Akemere Michael Osime,[2][3] a Nigerian industrialist and financier. It provides services to the Nigerian oil and gas processing and refining sector. It's mainly involved in the ownership and developing of modular refineries, flare gas recovery units, gas processing plants including other processes in the petrochemical value chain. AIPCC Energy is best known for the construction and development of Nigeria's third functional and the first fully independent private sector modular refinery, Edo Refinery.

AIPCC was formed as a joint venture between African Infrastructure Partners and Peiyang Chemical Equipment Company of China.[4] The license to establish the refinery was obtained from the Federal Government in 2018 [5] while operations at the refinery commenced in January 2023 [6]

Edo Refinery and Petrochemicals[edit]

Edo Refinery is located in Ologbo, Ikpoba Okha, in Edo, the refinery has a capacity of 6,000 bpd [7] and produces 50 percent of diesel (500,000 litres), 25 percent of naphtha (300,000 litres) and 20 percent of fuel oil (200,000 litres) from its feedstock and it is expected to hit 30,000 bpd in 2023 and 50,000 bdp in 2024.[8]
