AM Cross Inc. (April-Michael Cross Incorporated) is an American Private Corporation headquartered in Summit Point, WV. Originally named AM Cross, the company was founded by Michael Cross and April Cross in 1998 and was Incorporated in 2011. The company is known to operate on Trucks/Heavy Equipment and sell autoparts. A website will be launched later in the future and will be used to sell vehicles and parts.

1998-2010: Early History
In 1998, Businessman Michael Cross & April Cross teamed up and founded AM Cross in Virginia as a need for profit since the family was broke. The company was created as a family company. Jacob Cross was born a year after the founding of the company. In 2001, the family moved to West Virginia since taxes were rising in Virginia. Jefferson County, WV had a booming economy during that time due to many attractions being constructed. Joshua Cross was born a year after the move to WV. Throughout the years, the company wasn't making that much profit but was still holding on as some customers came in for help. In 2011, Michael Cross wanted a change to the company to help out the need for profit.
2011: Incorporation
On November 4th, 2011, the company was incorporated as AM Cross Inc. and the first logo of the company was created. Also, AM Truck & RV became partners with the company the same year.
2011-Present: Development
On May 13th, 2017, a new colored logo was designed by Joshua Cross and new business cards were created since profit was coming into the company. A few months later, Jacob Cross was named president and Joshua Cross was put in as the manager of the company. The company is hoping to expand its future by creating a website and to build a complex for business to be served.

Logo
In 2011 when the company was incorporated, the first logo was created. It was created as a standard black & white logo saying the words "AM Cross Inc." since it was simple during the years. The logo was then put on business cards and other products. Advertisement wasn't used during that time. The logo was never changed in any shape or size until 2017. In 2017, Joshua Cross designed the first colored logo for the company. The logo contains three mountains that spell out "AM" and with the company's name "AM Cross Inc." Joshua Cross wanted the mountains in the logo since it represented the company as "heavy but small" and that the company is located in West Virginia where mountains can be found. The logo was only in place for one year since the logo wasn't simple and didn't contain a modern design to the logo. On May 12th, 2018, Joshua Cross designed a new and more simple logo for the company. The logo was shrunk from three mountains to one with the letters "AM" in it. The words "AM Cross Inc." had a new designed which is more modern then last time.
Facts
Since 1998, the company has been in service for 19 years and it will reach it's 20th anniversary in a few more months. Also, the company was headquartered in two states since it was switched from Virginia to West Virginia. AM Cross Inc. is a family company which will pass the company down by generations. The company is soon to expand with a website and a new complex for business.
Headquarters
The headquarters is not located in a complex but in the housing of the Cross Family, When a new complex is built or bought by the company, it will be moved to that location.
Subsidiaries
In 2011, AM Truck & RV was introduced to AM Cross Inc. to expand the business and to increase profit. AM Truck & RV insists on operating on heavy trucks and RVs.
