ANCOR is an international staffing group. ANCOR offers a variety of solutions in outsourcing, Recruitment and consulting to clients in Europe, Central and South-Eastern Asia.
History[edit]
ANCOR was founded in 1990. The name is an abbreviation of “Analysis. Consulting. Recruitment”.
From 1993 to 1998 ANCOR was a franchise partner of the American company RWJ/Express Personnel Services. Within this partnership ANCOR got access to advanced recruiting technologies, training materials, the best trainers and the possibility to send their employees for internships. The example of Express Personnel also inspired the management of ANCOR to create a regional franchising network[1].
In 1998 ANCOR launched temporary staffing, outstaffing, personnel leasing, assessment, testing and outplacement services[2].
In September 2007, ANCOR opened a Central Asian office[3].
In 2008 Sergei Salikov was appointed to the position of CEO by decision of the Board of Directors[4][5].
In 2017-2018 ANCOR becomes the exclusive supplier of personnel for the Organizing Committee of the FIFA World Cup 2018 and the Fan ID's Centers ID's[6] [7].
In 2018-2019, the presence of ANCOR increased in Europe, Central and South-Eastern Asia[8].

ANCOR provides a wide range of HR services. It includes recruitment, professional search and selection, mass recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), HR functions outsourcing, payrolling, administrative functions outsourcing, production and warehouse outsourcing, IT outsourcing, trade marketing outsourcing, temporary staffing.
ANCOR Staffing Group provides consulting services, carries out researches and surveys, organizes personnel Training and development, conducts personnel assessment, competency modeling of employees, carries out measures on personnel performance management, develops the employer's brand and implements outplacement programs.

HR Tech Outlook ranked ANCOR as one of the Top 10 RPO Firms in Europe - 2020[14]. The HR Tech Outlook editorial board analyzed dozens of companies, measuring their ability to build solutions and develop strategies to improve the search and recruitment process.
In July 2021 ANCOR was ranked No. 30 Largest Direct Hire Staffing Firms Globally by the Staffing Industry Analysts[15][16].
In September 2021 ANCOR was ranked No. 15 Largest Direct Hire Staffing Firms in Europe by the Staffing Industry Analysts[17].
