APPSeCONNECT is an integration platform which can connect various business applications and automate data exchange between them. The iPaaS solution supports integration of  business applications including cloud platforms, Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, on-premises systems, data sources and technologies.[1] It integrates e-commerce, CRM and marketplaces to a company’s ERP platform. Businesses use it to eliminate data redundancy and error.[2] The platform supports both Hybrid and Cloud Integration.

APPSeCONNECT is a product of InSync Tech-Fin Solutions Ltd and was launched in 2013.

Atul Gupta is the founder and CEO of InSync Tech-Fin Solutions Ltd. The company is based out of Kolkata, India and was founded in 2006.[3]

On May 30, 2018, APPSeCONNECT became GDPR compliant.[4]

    History[edit]

InSync, the company behind APPSeCONNECT started in 2006 with the vision of helping the SMEs by bringing digitization and automation of business processes. In 2010, the first product by InSync - SBOeCONNECT was launched, which integrated SAP Business One ERP with the e-commerce platform Magento.[5]

Later on, NAVeCONNECT was launched in 2012 which integrated Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP and Magento.

SBOeCONNECT and NAVeCONNECT together evolved into APPSeCONNECT in the year 2013.

The hybrid Integration model of APPSeCONNECT was launched in 2014. The platform provided data integration between business applications like SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, eBay, Amazon, PrestaShop, Magento etc.

    Overview[edit]

    Hybrid integration[edit]

In the Hybrid Integration model the integration settings can be configured on the cloud portal. [6] The On-Premise agent needs to be installed on the user’s infrastructure in this model.

    Cloud integration[edit]

    In 2018, APPSeCONNECT introduced cloud-to-cloud integration.[7]

In the Cloud integration model the users can integrate applications which are available via web as a service. There is no need to install anything on the users’s system and the entire data exchange process goes through cloud-agent in the web portal.

    Reception[edit]

APPSeCONNECT was awarded in the NASSCOM East IT Awards 2017[8] [9] in the “Emerge – IT product” category.
