History[edit]

Freedom USA, Inc. d/b/a AVADirect Custom Computers was founded in 2000 by CEO, Alex Sonis, to deliver on the promise of being able to configure and order a PC without compromising on component choice or options.

AVADirect claimed trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on October 21, 2008,[2] to the AVA insignia used as an emblem for the company. As of 2009, AVADirect’s quality management system is certified to comply with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.[3]

Today, AVADirect has expanded its configurators to offer thousands of cases, components, and customization options that allow the customer to configure a unique custom computer.
