Abdoul Abdouraguimov (Russian: Абдул Абдурагимов; born August 1, 1995) is a French professional mixed martial artist and Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt of Russian (Dagestani) origin. He holds two ARES Fighting Championship titles at welterweight and middleweight[1] and currently competes in the PFL.[2]

In March 2023, Abdoul announced his intent to transition to the Lightweight division.[3]

In August 2023, he signed with the PFL and made his debut in the organization on September 30, 2023.[4]

Abdouraguimov was born on August 1, 1995, in Nizhny Dzhengutay, Dagestan. At the age of 14, his family moved to Nantes, France. In France he practiced wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and grappling before turning to MMA in 2016. [5]
