Abdullah AlAhmad
Abdullah Al-Ahmad (1940-2002) was a Syrian inventor, political and public figure of the mid 20th century. He is known for inventing and engineering the very first airplane in the Arab World in 1958. Abdullah Al-Ahmad played an important role in the political and social reforms in Syria at the time, during his position as the Chairman of the working class citizens while in office before and during President Hafez Al-Assad 's administration.[1]
