Abel James
Abel James (born August 1984) is a blogger, author, podcaster,[1] vocal artist and television personality.[2]
He is known for his blog and podcast, Fat Burning Man[3] and for The Wild Diet[4] which incorporates aspects of the Paleolithic Diet.

James released an album of original music, Swamp Thing[8] with multiple collaborators. The sound is referred to as New-Orleans inspired funk rock.
The album is produced by Tim McGraw's steel guitarist, Denny Hemingson.[9]

James[10] stars as a celebrity trainer on ABC's My Diet Is Better Than Yours.[11] He coaches Kurt Morgan on The Wild Diet.[12]
