It offers business process outsourcing, application services, and other services.[1][2] The company was founded on January 24, 2011, by Shaji Ravi and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, U.S. and Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.[3][4][5]

Access Healthcare was founded on January 24, 2011, by a former Dell executive, Shaji Ravi, who now serves as the president and managing director of the company. Access Healthcare provides business process outsourcing, application services, and robotic process automation tools to hospitals, health systems, payers, and related service providers. The company's robotic process automation platform has over 3,500 virtual bots that help clients improve efficiency. The company's Chairman and CEO is Anurag Jain[4][5][6]. The company's vice-chairman is Vardhman Jain[1][3][7][8]
As of August 2022, Access Healthcare Services operates from 19 global delivery centers in the US, India, and the Philippines.[9]
The company offers RCM Automation and Analytics solutions, IT Services, Front-End Revenue Cycle Management, Mid-Revenue Cycle Services, Back-end Revenue Cycle Services, and RCM Consulting, Finance, and Accounting. As of August 2022, it has its headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and operates from 19 global delivery centers in the US, India, and the Philippines.
In June 2022, it was reported that Access Healthcare Services acquired 1.57 acres of land for ₹50 crores in Chennai and planned to establish a new campus for its BPO and IT operations.[8][10] Following that, in July 2022, Access Healthcare reportedly announced that it was planning to hire over 18,000 employees in the next twelve months.[11] They hired people at multiple sites, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Noida, Pune, Mumbai, and Thiruvananthapuram.[7]
Access Healthcare is reportedly working on a Home Pods model, enabling it to operate on a hybrid model and give permanent work-from-home opportunities to its employees.[12]
Acquisitions[edit]
Access Healthcare acquired Pacific BPO in August 2018 for an undisclosed amount.[13][14] Pacific BPO was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Noida, India. It offers services to various clients, including hospitals, physician practices, and revenue cycle intermediaries. Access Healthcare also onboarded previous Pacific CEO Kumar Shwetabh,[6][15] who serves as president of US operations of Access Healthcare.[16]
