Accompany is an American mobile and web relationship management app.[1] Known as a "personal chief-of-staff," it helps organize a person's contacts.[2] The company is led by Amy Chang, former head of Google Analytics.[3] It was founded by Chang, Matthias Ruhl, a senior research scientist at Google, and Ryan McDonough, former CFO of Ning.[4]
Accompany has raised over $40 million in investments, including a $20.6 million round from Cowboy Ventures, Charles River Ventures, Iconic, and Dave Goldberg.[5] In December 2016, they raised an additional $20 million from Ignition Partners.[6]
