ACME Cleantech Solutions Pvt. Ltd known as the ACME Group, is a Renewable energy company in India.[1] It's headquarter is in Gurgaon, Haryana. It was founded by Manoj Kumar Upadhyay in 2003.[2]

Acme Group India founded commercial scale pilot project for Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia Plant in Bikaner, Rajasthan.[3][4][5][6] ACME Group introduced patented product Power Interface Unit (PIU) that is solution for mobile cell towers increased the tower uptime[7][8] Which helped energy savings and reducing the operational costs for Telecom companies.[9][10][11] In March 2021, ACME group started business in Oman.[12][13][14] ACME Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under which ACME will set up a large scale facility to produce Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia.[15][16]

Green Bond[edit]

In July 2021, ACME Group raised $334 million to Green Bonds.[17][18][19][20][21][22] The notes are listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd. These are certified as Green Bond by Climate Bond Initiative and verified by KPMG.[23]
