Adam Dean Hatton (born 10 August 1992) is a British entrepreneur based in Orihuela Costa, Alicante, Spain. He is best known as the owner of Comaskeys Spanish Properties, a real estate agency. He also leads complementary businesses in law and construction and, more recently, launched a digital service platform.
Early life and education
Hatton was born in Essex, England. In early childhood, he relocated to Orihuela Costa, Alicante, Spain, with his family, where he was raised. He grew up bilingual in English and Spanish. His parents later separated, and during his teenage years he briefly lived with his then-girlfriend’s family.
Hatton left formal education at age 15. At 16, he learned his girlfriend was pregnant, becoming a father at 17. He returned to the UK with his son Jamie, living with his mother and sisters while taking on various jobs.
Career
Hatton’s entrepreneurial journey began in real estate, where delivering leaflets led to door-to-door sales—a pivotal moment that launched his career in property. Upon returning to Spain, he co-founded Sunworld Real Estate with a partner, John. Over four years, the business expanded into a network comprising four real estate offices, a currency exchange business, Sunworld Lawyers, and Sunworld Construction. The COVID-19 pandemic led to severe financial setbacks, forcing closure of most operations.
During the pandemic, Hatton transitioned to renovation work alongside his best friend Lawrence. Once restrictions lifted, he opened a single agency, Comaskeys Spanish Properties, which ultimately outperformed his previous four-office network.
As of 2025, Hatton continues to operate Comaskeys Spanish Properties, along with Sunworld Lawyers and Sunworld Construction, employing approximately 40 people. In 2025, he also launched The AI Autoposter, a social-media automation platform aimed at online sellers—framed as a step toward a broader digital venture.
Media coverage
Hatton’s real estate activities and social-media-driven investment strategy have drawn international attention. In April 2025, FinancialContent (via Get News) reported that his Spanish property investments yielded returns of up to 80% in 12 months, going “viral” as his investor briefings circulated widely on TikTok and Instagram.[1]
A Benzinga article also covered his property investment success in Spain and Dubai.[2]
A Digital Journal press release quoted him as Managing Director of Comaskeys while discussing a high-end beachfront villa listing, signaling his leadership in luxury real estate.[3]
Personal life
Hatton has one son, Jamie. After separating from his first partner, he raised Jamie while managing his growing ventures. He later had another long-term relationship and is currently with a new partner (name not publicly disclosed).
Outside of business, Hatton is passionate about self-improvement and fitness, as two of his sisters compete in bikini bodybuilding.
