Adhunik (Bengali: আধুনিক) is an upcoming Indian Bengali Family Drama film directed by Apurba Banerjee and produced by Five Arrows Entertainment.
Plot
Life is a complicated word. Every human being often faces some challenges in their life. Each and every person is bound with emotions. Mandira is not an exception. Mandira is a teacher in the same school where she once studied. But one day, her life gets complicated when she receives a letter from Mr. Ajay Sen, Abhishek’s father. Everything about Abhishek from the past starts gathering in her mind. Abhishek was a student in the same school where Mandira studied; 14 years ago Abhishek met with an accident while saving other students. He got a severe injury to his head which almost ruined his life. His brain stopped working properly. Mandira gets emotional to know that her friend is still alive. Mandira decides to help Abhishek regain a normal life. But it is getting so difficult for Mandira. Everyone is going against Mandira for many reasons. But Mandira takes the challenge. This movie deals with this topic. Will Mandira succeed or not…the quest is on… this is what we get to see in Aadhunik.
