Adjetey Sowah
Adjetey Sowah is a Ghanaian dancer. He won the 1980 dance competition[clarification needed] and the world dance championship in Malibu, England in 1986.[1]
Early life
Sowah was born in Teshie, a suburb in Accra. His dance skills improved when he was appointed to lead a traditional dance group while he was in class six.[1]
Career
He won the 1980 dance competition in Ghana and also won the world dance championship in 1986, hosted in England, Malibu.[2] He was the first Ghanaian dancer to sell out a stadium with a dance show.[3]
