Admiral Casino is a UK online Casino, which provides consumers with online Slots, Jackpot Games, Roulette, Blackjack, Table Games and Live Casino. Admiral Casino is owned by Greentube Alderney Limited, part of the Greentube group, which in turn is owned by Novomatic.
Admiral Casino has a UK sister company Luxury Leisure which operates a chain of high street gambling venues[1] under the Admiral brand.
History[edit]
Admiral Casino was founded in 2014 (formerly Bell Fruit Casino). In 2018 the online platform Bell Fruit Casino was relaunched as admiralcasino.co.uk.
In September 2018 Admiral Casino partnered with Scientific Games and Net Entertainment. Then in 2019 a further partnership was agreed with the iGaming provider IGT. In October 2020 Admiral Casino announced it had partnered with Evolution Live Casino studios.[2]
In May 2021 another gaming supplier was added, Blueprint Gaming ltd - In March 2022 Admiral Casino announced a partnership with Pragmatic Play.[3]
Technology[edit]
In order to comply with new rules introduced by the Gambling Commission, Admiral Casino use digital verification services from the consumer credit and fraud-protection company TransUnion. This allows digital gambling operators to complete age and identity checks.
Admiral Casino integrated the UK online self-exclusion[4] system Gamstop.
In 2020 Admiral Casino rolled out Neccton’s Responsible Gambling solution “Mentor”,[5] this tool records and reviews large volumes of player statistical data in order to identify problematic gambling behaviour.
Licenses and Accreditation[edit]
Admiral Casino is licensed to operate a remote gaming business in the United Kingdom from the UK Gambling Commission. Admiral Casino is licensed[6] and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) (GCB).
Sanctions[edit]
In December 2021, Greentube Alderney limited received a regulatory sanction[7] from the UK Gambling Commission after a regulatory review found failings in Greentube’s processes which were aimed at preventing money laundering and protecting vulnerable people. Greentube Alderney agreed a £685,000 settlement in lieu of a financial penalty, which will be directed towards delivering the National Strategy to Reduce Gambling Harms.
