Adrian Izes Marshall (born March 31, 1982),[1] professionally known as IZES, is a Jamaican Dancehall Producer from Jamaica, St. Catherine. He has produced for artists and groups such as Sean Paul, Beenie Man, Popcaan, Elephant Man (musician), Wyclef Jean, Pleasure P, Mavado (singer), among others. Early life and career

Born in St. Catherine, Jamaica, Marshall moved to Kingston when he was eighteen. At the age of nineteen, a friend introduced him to FL Studio (formerly Fruity Loops). Without any formal musical training, he started using the FL Studio beat-making program. A few years later, he started making beats for his friends in his neighborhood; one of those friends was a former member of Sean Paul’s Duttycup crew called Daddigan. He later got introduced to other artists and producers and began his journey to becoming not only a professional producer.

His first production work was at the age of 20, when he worked on two tracks on a riddim (applause) for Jahsnowcone which featured Beenie Man, Sizzla, Shano, etc.
