Aforismi e pensieri. Cinquecento gocce dal mio mare is a collection of 500 aphorisms by Menotti Lerro. The book was published in 2013 by Zona Editrice[1] The ability of Lerro to writes aphorisms was appreciated by Gino Ruozzi, one of the most important Italian critic of this literary genre, in the national newspaper Il Sole 24 ore.[2] In that occasion Ruozzi quoted some aphorisms from the book The Poetry of Menotti Lerro by Andrew Mangham to stress how sometimes poets love to express themselves through other forms of art.[3] This is the third book of aphorisms by Lerro. The first two were published in 2007 (with the title Aforismi) and 2008 (with the title Aforismi di una notte).
