Agostino Sibillo (born March 02, 1972) is an Italian-American computer scientist, inventor, cloud expert, lawyer. He is the CEO of Spychatter and a member of the Scientific Commission of Gemelli WH Center for Digital Medicine W-MINED.[1][2][3]
Early life and education[edit]
Sibillo was born on March 02, 1972, in Italy. He earned a Ph.D. in criminal law from the University of Bari in 2000.[citation needed] Later, he moved to the USA and attended the University of California, where he received a computer software engineering degree in 2009. In 2011, Sibillo earned a Ph.D. in software engineering.[4]

Sibillo is mainly known for his expertise in cloud computing and his patents on augmented reality, encryption, and Laser Light Communication Devices. In 2015, Sibillo became the CEO and president of Spychatter, an American corporation that holds patents and other technology allowing to share objects in healthcare, spatial computing, and military field with an asset of over $15 billion.[1][5][6]
Sibillo's Geolocation Methods and Systems patent creates a technology that allows people to share objects in augmented reality and virtual reality. The patent is also used in Metaverse Applications and medical applications and has been valued at $15 Billion. He is also involved in developing medical applications that use AR and AI.[3][7][5]
In 2020, Sibillo filed and obtained a new patent that allows data sharing via laser and protects them with physical encryption with enormous civil and military applications. He is also a member of the Scientific Commission at the Gemelli Hospital.[8][9]

Sibillo was the plenary speaker for digital health and artificial intelligence at the 57th Congress of the World Federation of Public Health. In 2016, he received the award and citizenship from the Italian city of Vajont. On February 04, 2017, the Senate of Mexico invited him to give a lecture about cyber security and internet regulations.[2][10]
Amazon has dedicated a documentary about Sibillo in the “Advancements TV series” series with Ted Danson, where they show his patent and the use of it for healthcare products that use AR (augmented reality) to new MRI and CT-SCAN.[8] In He has been covered by the Italian RAI1, RAI2, and RAI3 for his inventions. Sibillo has been featured by Marquis Who's Who in America as one of the world's top Scientists and computer scientists.[7]
