Early life and career[edit]

Nazre grew up in Pune, India. He graduated from St. Vincent's High School. Nazre studied

mechanical engineering at COEP [2] Nazre was accepted for the doctoral program at University of Hanover. His dissertation was titled Optimization of a Prosthesis for Above Knee Amputees.[3] He graduated with his Ph.D. in 1991 and joined Zimmer Holdings as a Research Engineer .[4] Nazre joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers as an Investing Partner in 2003 and made 19 investments over the course of 9 years.[5] Nazre is currently Executive Vice President at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited [6]
