Akshaya Deodhar
Akshaya Mahesh Deodhar is a Marathi actress.[1][2][3][4] She is known for her appearance in the Zee Marathi serial Tujhyat Jeev Rangala.[5][6]

Early Life and Education[edit]
Akshaya was born on 14 May in Pune.[8] She graduated from Ahilyadevi High School and from BMMC in Pune.
Career[edit]
In 2011, Deodhar debuted in film with Shala. Deodhar has also performed with the Natak Company;[9] Quasar Thakore Padamsee writes for The Asian Age that "many Natak Co. members are household names thanks to their work on television or cinema."[10]
Currently, Deodhar stars in the role of Anjali in the television series Tujhyat Jeev Rangala.[11]

Republic World reports that 'Tuzyat Jiv Rangala' is "one of the most-watched Marathi tv shows,"[17] and stated in August, 2020 that Deodhar "has now become one of the prominent faces of the Marathi television industry."[18] ZEE5 News writes "the show has been one of the finest countryside romantic dramas on TV."[19] The Times of India states Deodhar has "won a million hearts with her performance."[20] In 2019, Manjiri Shete of ZEE5 News writes, "every evening in Tuzhat Jeev Rangala, we adore seeing Anjali (Deodhar) as a lovable mom, a stern teacher and a supportive wife."[21]

In 2012, Deodhar won the Maharashtra Times MATA Shravan Queen Award.[22][23][24]
Personal life[edit]
Deodhar was dating Marathi actor Suyash Tilak but, they broke up in 2020.[25][26] The Times of India reports Deodhar "is quite active on social media and never misses a chance to keep her fans updated."[27] In 2019, ZEE5 News reviewed her social media to offer commentary on her clothing and "experimenting with modern looks."[28] During the COVID-19 pandemic, Deodhar used her social media to send supportive messages.[29]
